saying goodbye to city living with a boston seaport family photography session

This little family started it all in Boston. When they made the decision to move to the burbs they asked if we could do one last family photography session in the place where they went from single, to married to parents of 2. We chose the Seaport so that we could end with a skyline sunset backdrop and it did not disappoint!

One of my favorite things about sessions in the city is the play with architecture. Massive windows make for interesting reflections and the huge steps at the ICA created a minimal geometric vibe that was really fun to play with.

I personally believe that the location you choose for your family photographs should have meaning. These aren’t just for your holiday card, they are for remembrance. You want to look back on them in 10 years and see an entire story from another time come back to life!

If you live in the city and are trying to think of locations for your next photo session maybe you should just look outside your front door! Your neighborhood or your favorite park allow us to tell an authentic and unique story that is all your own.

Interested? Shoot me an email and we can dream up your next Boston family photo session together!
